A fact sheet containing key information about mileage reimbursement for volunteer drivers is now available. The fact sheet, developed by MCOTA and the Minnesota Department of Revenue, reflects 2021 Minnesota legislation on the definition of volunteer drivers and a state income tax subtraction. It also includes guidance for federal regulations.
