The Minnesota Council on Transportation Access (MCOTA) invites transportation providers, planners, service organizations, advocates, and public partners to an all‑day, in‑person summit focused on advancing transportation access across Minnesota.

The summit will invite participants to reflect on key developments and ongoing challenges in transportation accessibility over the past year. Morning sessions will highlight innovative transportation coordination efforts. Participants will engage in small‑group discussions to identify and prioritize transportation access needs from local, regional, and statewide perspectives.

Over lunch, attendees will hear updates on state and federal legislative activity shaping transportation access and coordination.

The afternoon will focus on collaboration and solutions. Sessions will include an update on access to Non‑Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) in Minnesota and facilitated small‑group breakouts centered on developing partnerships and practical solutions to meet identified needs.

The day will conclude with a public MCOTA meeting, and a social gathering will follow the official close of the event!
